Greetings fellow fivers,
I just need to whinge about BFFs growing popularity, and
here seems to be the best place to do it.
I know im a selfish fan, but when I see and hear Brick
EVERYWHERE, I start to get slightly pissed off. Im starting to see thirteen
year old oasis lovers buying WEAEA and it
is extremely depressing. I know BFF deserve popularity, they are, after
all, brilliant, but I wish it were the old days when they were the fans
special secret. I guess I just have to deal with it. See ya dudes,

Kirsty Chestnut <Kirsty_Chestnutt@williamslea.com>--24; London England; Fan
of BFF since "Underground" came out in Australia (originally from
Australia?), bought WAEA a few weeks ago because she has always been a huge
Joe Jackson fan and JJJ was reccomending it; although she bought a ton of
CDs that week, Ben Folds Five has been "in chage" of her walkman since.
IRELAND:
Sabrina Keenan <crumbs@RedBrick.DCU.IE>--20, Dublin; Saw the boys in Dublin
last year, and met them after the show, tried to teach Ben some Irish ("the
infamous Pog mo thon(kiss my ass!)"), and when he couldn't pronoince it, he
pulled out a $10 for her friend to write it on!
AUSTRALIA:
Matt Beck <frenzal@emunet.com.au>--19, Sydney; heard a song on the radio in
'95, and bought the album because he's "a sucker for anything with a
piano", finds the band to be an inspiration because "Once I joined the list
and heard of their antics I became obessed, as I to have had many musical
fiasco's"; Matt loves life.
