   Here I am.
   Here you are.
   Here's the music.
Let's all just love the living hell out of being here.
That's how I feel when I see BFF. No giant pyrotechnics show to keep your

Just a little showmanship thrown in for color. And the music stands for
 itself.

According to bffweb, the video premiere of "Song for the Dumped" is on 120 minutes,
Sunday May 16 at (midnight)? although we all know that that's a time that can't be
trusted. Also, the entire MP3 of "Air" from Godzilla is at
http://www2.cybernex.net/~jekiely/ and it's nice.

I have a great idea. Instead of describing what the boys are wearing in
concert, why don't we all describe in excruiating detail what WE'RE wearing
while we're reading Armchairs. Oy veh.

I think we all know by now that Ben and the boys aren't going to follow what
might be called "the industry standard," which, in this case, would mean
playing Brick because it's the reason a lot of people are at the concert. And
you know what? I say good for them, and not because I'm one of these I-wish-
they-weren't-popular-so-I-could-still-be-cool-since-I-knew-them-when-they-
were-nobodys fans. I say good for them because I don't think anyone should do
what's expected of them just because it's expected of them.

It's so much fun to go against expectations and piss people off.

Hello all, I just joined this list so this is my first post. Does anyone
know of a list of radio stations that broadcast Modern Rock Live? I'm
wondering this because, as most of you know, BF5 will be playing on the
program this Sunday. If by chance anyone knows a radio station in the
Rapid City, SD/Black Hills area that broadcasts the show, I would be
even more gracious.

Thanks

So... I met the guys at the L.A show, and was totally blown away by how
nice they were. I mean, there was a part of me that didn't want to meet
them for fear that they would be pompous or some crap like that... but
they were sweet and funny and all that good stuff. And
Darren...(drool)...ahhhhh.
I'm sorry if this is "teenybopper" or whatever.... but I was excited
and there were hardly any people up there. I'm also sorry if this is
stupid or pointless. But let's face reality here, how much of these
posts have real "points" at all? Isn't this just a forum for fans? I
didn't join this thing expecting to gain quality information...It's
just to hear what other fans have to say. If what they have to say is
inane and stupid, then so be it. I mean, come on, how hard is it really
to scroll down past the information-less posts? It's probably a lot less
work than posting a letter bitching about everyone else.

So I say: let everyone have their time... stop worrying about what
you're gaining or losing by it. I've been a fan for two years... so I
don't want anyone to think that I don't know what it's like to have to
listen to people jumping on the bandwagon...

Oh yeah...and the band changed into regular clothes right after the
show. Old dirty T-Shirts... and my boyfriends brother taped the L.A
show. It's not that bad, and you can hear a friend of ours screaming the
words to "song for the dumped" because his heart was just broken.

Hey Everyone!

I have a question for all of you out there with the songbook. I read that the
music was "simplified," is it any good? I am seriously considering buying it,
but if it is too basic and doesn't sound anything like the songs, then would
someone please let me know. Another songbook question: someone has to know
something about the new songbook, when does it come out? Lauren, do you know?

Thanks for a letting me take up a few lines,

Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, gather around and read the all
inspiring words of the great Keith Moere, a writer for possible Dallas'
biggest piece of crap magazine.
Someone on here in #999 pointed me to this article at:

Be sure to read the whole article so that you too can become an irate,

I was wondering if people listened to the cybercast on Friday dallas
show? I was there and it was honestly, by far, the best show that I
have ever seen. The crowd was actually very thin though. The event
staff were asking people if they wanted to go on the floor to make it
look more full. But that didn't stop them from totally kicking ass.

And I've been out of the loop for a bit here so please don't annihilate
me here. They didn't play brick. I was pleasantly shocked. No one
seemed disappointed, but i was just wondering if they had gotten sick of
it. Oh and for this show they left out the beginning of Underground.
I wish that I could give you more details as to songs and things, but I
swear I can't remember.

And if the discussion of the age of fans debate is still raging .. I
have so things to say.
    1. I just turned 22. And I was at first a little disappointed to
see a younger crowd. But I talked to some of those people and, at least
the ones that i spoke to, were really into the band. They were really
cool. So if I ever did, I now don't have any bias against a fans age.
But I still think it sucks when people just sit on their asses and
barely clap or even smile. But to each his own.

    2. While I was leaving the concert, I saw two girls being picked up
by their parents and i began to think, "would I have ever been so into
something that i would have let my parents drop me off and pick me up in
front of thousands of people?" Probably not so I figured that as worth
something.

Anyway that is all my unimportant or entertaining information. If
anyone recorded the Dallas show, please let me know. I will pay.

And Deidre. I need your e-mail address so I can talk to you at the
next concert.

"i got your hidden track right here"
