LIST DOWN FOR A COUPLE DAYS
Due to a hack of the server, the mailing list server was down for 2 days.
The system has been reinstalled and all lists have been converted to the
new version of the system. Things should be back to normal with the
Armchair of Saturday, June 27 (which goes out Friday evening in the
Americas).
Please don't e-mail me with questions about the list being down. If you
don't see your post within a couple days, please resubmit it.

so me and my girlfriend go to the movies to see the new kurt and courtney
movie. i accidently pull into the valet parking drive, so we are kinda
stuck with valet parking. Anyway, we were (of course) cranking the
Jellyfish on the way there, and apparently the valet guy really likes the
Jellyfish too! so, he must have seen the OTHER TAPE in the JELLYFISH CASE
and thought it was a different jellyfish tape, so he decides to take it...
thinking it was the jellyfish. Well, right now, hes probably at home,
pressing play, listening to a crowd cheering, and hearing BEN FOLDS
motherfucking FIVE, NOT JELLYFISH!!!!! yes thats right, the fucker took my
Ypsilanti bootleg. DIE! DIE! DIE!!!!!!! KILL!!!! BURN!!!! HATE! DIE DIE
DIE DIE DIE!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!!! the empty ben
case was still in the car and spilt milk was still in the player.
it all makes sense now... when i got the car back, ill never forget that
little conversation...
"hey man, what tape is that?"
"what?"
"that tape thats playing"
"oh, thats the jellyfish"
"hmm the jellyfish, thanks dude"
"yeah, they rock"
i took it as a big joke at first; i made fun of the guy calling me "dude,"
but it certainly isnt funny now.
the moral of this story, kids, PROTECT YOUR BOOTLEGS! MAKE SEVERAL BACKUP
COPIES OF THEM. you never know when disaster might strike.
