1. Is Cait's Kate single "special or retarded"? I don't think so, but I
probably am. Yeah, it's "All SHook Up," I think FATPP is on something
else...forgive me, I am at school and not next to my little CD tower so I can
check. I'm sure we're talking about the same thing.

2. NONTENT (sorta) WARNING....
Someone suggested Life, In A Nutshell by Barenaked Ladies as a cover, which I
think would be great, BTW, and that reminded me to plug the upcoming FREE BNL
concert here in Boston: Mon. 7/6 @ 7PM in Government Center, like outside in
front of City Hall, they'll do a short set and then sign advance copies of
the new album which comes out on Tues. WOO-HOO! I'm sure all us crossover
fans will have some kind of telepathic connection...or just wear BF5 shirts.

Sorry, I should have combined both posts...
Anyhow..

I'm going to see DMB in Atlanta on, uhm, August 20, and I heard a
rumor that BFF is opening on some of the tour or something?

<holding his breath>

Quick! Somebody give this kid information before he suffocates!

hey y'all,
great to be back....

>Okay, all you people that say B. Folds plays a Steinway... Nope, it's
>aBaldwin. 5'5" Baldwin Model M
in london it was a steinway, it could have been someone elses of
course...it was a yamaha at glastonbury though - does anyone know how
they got it there??!

>Hanson= good-looking? I don't know about that one. :)
well exactly, i mean hello? they're mere children...tut tut. you could
get arrested for that y'know :). where's the good looking argument
coming from anyway -who says bff aren't babes?! wanna fight about it?!
:) - oo, don't flame me for that :) i'm not really violent. honest.:)

well, anyway, i was at glastonbury in case no one has written about it
yet, and it was pretty cool, althought the set was too damn short
because they had problems setting up the piano (then he couldn't play it
- - he said "it must be yamaha endorsement day") they played the last
polka, steven's , bowccl, oad, fair...not sure about any others but no
underground or sftd..:(. i think they could've chosen a better song to
put on tv though as some of the others sounded better at the time...
incidentally i would just like to point out the pains i went to to get
top the front for bff then - stood all through st bloody etienne and
then nearly died, got kicked in the head and generally battered in the
deftones (oh yes by the lead singer too...:))..

by the way hi to everyone at the london gig (tony, luke, kirsty..) sorry
i couldn't stay - you may have seen melegging it out of the forum the
second they went off stage after sftd (just managed tio see the stool
throwing..) - we made up for it by singing "kane o kaise" thouhg -
whilst running around the underground.....
gotta go
love

Hi kiddies

Could someone tell me the name and title of the artist/song/album which
contains the techno remix of "Brick"? Private replies please!
As an aside, I got the Teleconned disc with the KCRW "Dr. Pyser", and
although it's pretty good, I thought that the drums were mixed down way too
low. Anyone agree? Discuss.

As I'm sure a bunch of you know bff were on modern rock live a while
back, I missed it 'cause I was at a beach party that night (woo may 2-4!)
ANYway, luckily a friend of mine taped it for me and we were listening to it
last night..good stuff..well I just about died when this one guy called in
and like asked then some hair-brained question (I don't remember what is was
but it was pretty dumb) and then after they laughed at him for a bit they
asked him if he wanted them the play a song. He said brick <smack in the
forehead> and when they told him they weren't set up for that song and asked
him to name another he's like "uhhh what was the name of yer first single
again?". I just about died..ANYway I thought I'd share that with all of
you..I thought it was funny...
