Just thought I'd let everyone know that there are two different Ben Folds Five
autographed photos up for auction on Ebay.com. The addresses so that you can
check them out, and possibly bid on them are:

http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=80564528
and
http://cgi.ebay.com/aw-cgi/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=80534435

If you bid, I wish you the best of luck.
Thanks,
Johnny

Hey everyone!

Well, I'm looking for ONE more MP3 now...

I just got a CD Writer and I'm looking for a "Video Killed the Radio Star"
MP3, but in order for me to put it on a CD, it has to be 44 kHz... and the
files I have found, of course, aren't that... I've been searching ALL over,
and I can't find anything that works!! 32 kHz has been the best I've found,
and I've tried to change it to 44 kHz, but that doesn't work. I think it's a
cool cover and I really want it on a CD!!

So, I was wondering, does anyone have a 44 kHz version of "Video Killed..."?
Or is it possible for someone to make me one? I would appreciate it SOOO much
if someone could help me out!! I will do whatever I can to get it. If
whoever can help me wants a copy of the BF5 CD I'm making, I can send them
that.

Just e-mail me if you can help me out... (I will forever be in your debt.
haha.) Thanks!!

Hello...

I am a long time lurker, first time poster. I live in Dallas where radio
sucks and no radio station would ever think of playing Army unless it becomes
a top 40 hit like Brick. So what I am asking (pleading, begging?!) is if
anyone has a mp3 of the song could you e-mail me so I can stop feeling so
jealous everytime someone talks about the song! Thanks so much in advance!

Is there a guy on the armchair called Mike from Texas who has been to six BFF shows and called jjj all the way from the US to request army? I just turned on the radio while he was mid-way through a conversation with the presenter (Caroline Tran or something?), and they were talking about the commercial radio stations in texas, and how they don't have a station like jjj that will play BFF (or at least not army). So that was exciting - if you're on the list Mike, email me! Thankyou for requesting army, because I couldn't get through and I really felt like listening to it.
In other related news, my best friend's brother spotted Ben Folds in a shop a couple of days ago, but he didn't even say hi to Ben, the crazy lunatic. I'm not sure which shop or where, but apparently no one recognised him in the place, or at least they weren't making it obvious. Sewww...I guess there's a chance still for me to catch him in Adelaide before he starts touring! I just hope I won't see him and make a complete fool of myself, like scream "you're doing the best imitation of yourself, Ben!", which no doubt will happen.

You will also find it being played on XFM, I heard it twice yesterday and
it is a great song for the radio. Hope it does well in the charts.

I've heard from several very kind people offering to send me back issues
of the Armchair for archiving. I think we should have the missing period
covered between everyone who has replied. Thanks to a great group of
people!

Ok
The strangest thing has happened to me around here. I dont know if its
the crack or what, but friends have been telling me more lately
that I look exactly like Ben Folds. They say its the eyes, nose, and the
dimples. I dont know why. Its strange I could be his long lost relative
or something. Thought I would just let yall know that.

Cheers!
