Yes, it's in Redneck Past, and yes, it's French.  It goes:

"Désolé
Je suis american
Please cook my steak again
Je suis american
Désolé
Je ne parle pas français"

And it means:

"Sorry
I am American
Please cook my steak again (duh)
I am American
Sorry
I don't speak French"

There ya go! :)
