Dear All:
How's come we all complain about something or other and we have no
choice but to listen to these gripes....yes I have had my share of
complaints, but I have so much appreciation for the band that I would love it
if we all talked about how great the band is and how much we all love this
kind of music....even though when it has gotten popular and faded out we are
still going to love these guys. you shouldn't have to question the band for
things behind the lyrics, maybe that stuff is personal....or just about
nothing...Sienfeld is about nothing and you sse how popular it is....Just go
with the flow people and let things come and go....be faithful to your band
and they will listen to you too.

I think that it is definitely time for us to all get together and let CBS
that the boys are due for their time on Letterman (or possibly Leno too).
It's probably obvious, but what is their Email at either station? I'm
thinking that with the huge airplay they've gotten lately, either show
has got to have them on. Of course, I guess they'll probably have to wait
till the tour's over, but there's no hurt in getting a head start. What
do you think?

For the past month or so, I have been putting together a "Best of the
Armchair" for a couple of my friends... There has been a lot of people
saying they are leaving the chair, for while they want to stay in touch,
they don't want to - or can't - wade through all the crap. So I am offering
to send my Edited version of the Armchair to whoever wants it.
Basically, I edit it all down to the bare bones... some concert reviews,
tour dates, album reviews, interviews and interesting news. Anyone who
wants to be sent copies of this once a week (generally 2 20kb messages
every Sunday) drop me a line.

Live all you can; it's a mistake not to. It doesn't matter
what you do in particular, so long as you have had a life.

Hey my friends,
Anyone going to any of these shows? Particularly Redondo Beach? If we
couldn't organize a gettogether it'd be nice to kinda identify ourselves
at shows and stuff.
I also need a kind soul to walk in with for the Redondo show. I'm 17
and 3/4 (doesn't that suck?) and I guess I want to play it safe. Not
that I'm using anyone, I'd still love to meet up with you guys if I was
51. But yeah, help.
Can't wait to see your lovely armchair faces :)
Janet.

Hi. I am brand new here. I have been listening to bf5 for about 3
months about the same time I got to college. I was going to go to the
concert at first ave in Minneapolis but it was a 21+ and I have yet to
break 20.
Bands, at least I have noticed, go through stages as they become
more popular. When they first become popular they are very sweet to the
crowds and are very receptive of fans after shows. However, they then
progress into their stuck up bas**rd stage. They believe that they are
gods gift to music. Then after they have been big for a while the
regress back to the stage of lovingness towards the fans. The importance
pendulum swings from the fans to the fame and money and back to the
fans.
I have never met ben or the rest of the band, but I surely hope
that they will always be receptive to their fans. I just hope to meet
them some day.
about the whole brick overplay thing... they are doing it here in
minneapolis as well.. I love the song but every time I get in the car I
here. The song is still great but it is losing some of the
powerfulness. at first I thought it was about someone being in a
relationship that they felt trapped in. This changes when he says"It is
not me you are dying for." If I could play piano, I would want to learn
angry dwarf, but alas, I only play guitar. I am ashamed! Thanks for
letting me ramble!!!
