... was cool, though it could of been nice to hear something other than BRICK,
we all knew to expect that song and no other even as a possibility... but it
still kicked ass. I sat like TWO centimeters from my TV all wide eyed... it
was just pretty. Anyway yeah... BUT IT PISSED ME OFF, when ever they broke
into BOWCCL and then cut to a commercial... it was still neat, and that face
Ben made after he shook Dave's hand.... I likes.

PS: Oh wait! And by the way, I was looking at this drummer magazine with my
drummer boyfriend, and in Modern Drummer, there was AN ARTICLE ABOUT DARREN...
BUT, get this... they called the album: "For Ever and Ever Amen." AHHH! I got
so pissed off, man... how could they do that? They made the mistake twice...
they never got it right... it was, like, a fourth of a page article... and
even though they are the epitome of STUPID for getting the album name wrong,
it's still cool that Darren had an article on his drumming in a drummer
magazine!
PPS: After listening to Ben Folds Five for THREE years.... they are FINALLY
touring to my city!!! I will FINALLY see them in February... I AM SO HAPPY!

Seasons Greetings, Armchairians!
I took this little tidbit off the "Rocktropolis" site:
How cool is this? MTV, VHI, and M2 will simultaneously air Ben Folds
Five's video for "Brick" at exactly 6 a.m. on Dec. 26. (The catch is
that the first of the line of the song is "6 a.m., day after
Christmas.")
I'm not sure I want to get up at 6 am to watch this, but it is still a
pretty neat idea. Sadly, though, I think BFF is no longer our little
secret, but with their talent that was bound to happen.
Regards,
Ken McKenna

Hey all ~
Just checked my daily dose of music news on SPINonline and - surprise,
surprise - look what I found ~
Ben Folds Five Lives Their Song
The first line of the new Ben Folds Five single, "Brick," reads: "6 a.m., the
day after Christmas." Well, in a fit of savvy marketing, MTV, VH1 and M2 will
all simulcast the accompanying video... you guessed it, at 6 a.m. on the day
after Christmas. How convenient.
Thoughts, anyone?

For those of you who still don't believe it, here's an airdate for the
appearance of "Dr. Peyser" from "Soap Digest Online":
On ONE LIFE TO LIVE, JOHN OTTAVINO plays Dr. Peyser, who hypnotizes Addie
(Pamela Patyon-Wright) as Blair (Kassie De Paiva) and Cassie (Laura Koffman)
attempt to explore the past. Ottavino airs December 26.
