Now that many list members are back with us, the volume of posts will
be increasing. This makes it important to stay on topic and keep your
posts concise. Avoid the tendency to ramble, as this increases the
amount of text readers have to wade through. If you want to ramble on,
take it to IRC or the newsgroup.
Also remember to be very selective in your quoting of others'
messages. Don't quote an entire post just to add one or two lines. And
be especially careful not to quote the whole digest!!

Subject: UBL contest (?)
Did everyone remember the little online drawing the Ultimate Band List (UBL)
website was holding? The winner was supposed to win an import single or
something... were one of you the winners? ;-) I am curious to know what
single it was.
I went to my mailbox this afternoon, and I saw this huge little tube sticking
out of the box from Epic. It turned out to be a tiny little tour "poster" for
BFF... the generic kind that is usually plastered on walls and such: a blank
space for someone to write in the showdate at the bottom. I had forgotten
that the first 50 people that entered the drawing got a poster. Well, it's
dinky, but it's made my day. =)
