Well, i don't hate Brick because i think it's a very good song..
I do hate the overexposure it gets. It reminds me of Hootie.
Also, the fact that they go on all these shows playing it kinda irks me. I
mean, it's nice a few times, but how long can we watch Ben lookin' like it's
the end of the world? I enjoyed their few show appearances when they were
doing BOWCCL.. saw it on Conan.. great stuff. (despite the sound.. yes, yes)
So, there you have it. More opinions to throw in the bucket. See ya!

My fellow Armchairers,
(someone may have already posted this, but I'm a new subscriber, so lay off)
While listening to the Counting Crows "Recovering the Satellites" CD,
I noticed something that I've never noticed before. Well, I noticed it but it
never clicked in my mind. In the song "monkey," the lyrics go...
"Got nowhere but home to go, got BEN FOLDS on my radio right now..."
I thought that was pretty cool. Even other musicians are recognizing bff.

hi, everyone
ok, so i just joined and this is my first post, but i want to clear my name
right away. i don't consider myself one of those "brickheads" that you all
seem to despise so much. i actually fell in love with the band after "battle"
was played on the radio for a short time and i listened to my friend's cd, but
I didn't a disk of my own until my birthday in November, right BEFORE brick
started playing!! anyway, i thought i would explain myself before i say that
i went to my first show-- in Philly-- and it was, indeed, very awsome!! the
best concert i've ever been to, and i knew the words to all the songs (my
brickhead friends were very impressed). i think that i'm getting a copy of
it, so if anyone is totally desparate, please let me know. i don't want this
to drag on, but i would LOVE a copy of 120 mins. mine is another sob story of
a vcr that didn't record <sniff> so e-mail me if i have any hope of getting it
(i don't have videos to trade, but as i said, i think i'll have the Philly
show, and $, of course)
also, where in philly has anyone had luck finding bff stuff? i'm looking to
buy more, anyone have any suggestions?
thanks, all!! **JED**
