thanks to whoever posted about BFF on ABC, july 4th.
that webpage (rockontv.com) also listed that they'll be showing the
BFF/Beck Sessions at w 54th on 8/1 so SET YOUR VCRS NOW AND DON'T TOUCH
THEM TILL THEN!!!
also, the date given for the conan show is 7/16
i don't understand why people, if they can't understand what date it's on,
tape it on the 15th as well as the 16th. what harm is there in that?

HeeHee! I'm not laughing at your misfortune Eric, it's just that the

i was searching the web, and came across another air date of Sessions at West
54th for Ben Folds Five...id assume this will be a re-run, not new, but i seem
to remember many people claiming that they missed it, or didt tape it, so
hetre it is:

Beck is also listed to air at the same time. Set your VCR's now, and dont
forget this time.

ATTENTION NEW BENTENT!!!
Subject: ABC's Independence Day concert (U.S.) (July 4)
Ben Folds Five is one of the artists scheduled to appear on this show,
which is scheduled to air on ABC on July 4, 1998 from 11:30pm - 1:00am, EST
(times may vary; check local listings!) Other artists include the Dave
Matthews Band, Foo Fighters, Matchbox 20, and Tori Amos. The concert
segments will be taped June 26-28 at the Glastonbury Music Festival in
Glastonbury, England. Special thanks to Danielle, Jennie, and Gina for
informing me. You can see this listed on the RockOnTV web site
(ww.rockontv.com).

Subject: Ben Folds Five and TTWS.
Note: The BFF comment is at the bottom, but this post is mostly about Toad
and the Santa Barbara benefit show. Delete if you are on the BFF list and
could care less. :)
Hi. I just got back from Santa Barbara where I burned my butt on the
beach. Hehehe. Anyone wanna visit any clothing optional beaches with me
this October? :) It was a blast, and I made my reservation for the
weekend of Oct. 24th while I was there. I am staying right next door to
the popular Sandpiper at the slightly cheaper Motel 6. I'm looking forward
to this year's shin-dig. By the way, your email about the t-shirts was
very creative Francine. If I were creative myself, I'd submit a design :)
Please keep me posted on the newest developments. Santa Barbara is a nice
place to visit, and it'll be even better in Oct. for the benefit concert.
If anyone wants to pose as clean up crew to meet Toad, I did it last year
so follow me :)
- -Steve in Phoenix, who has never rented a purple neon before in his entire
life. Although I did rent a white one this week :)
PS I heard Ben Folds Five's Song For the Dumped three times on Santa
Barbara radio. I've never heard it here in Phoenix. Does this song get
air play in lots of cities, or is it merely because Toad is from Santa
Barbara that the DJ happened to have such good taste? :) Oh, and I heard
THREE Toad songs while I was there, none of which I have ever heard on the
radio before. I'm moving! :)
PPS I've been home to sleep for six whole hours, and now I'm off to pick up
my two foster kids from camp, and head to Disneyland. Back in a week
again. Ugh.
